Genesis & Refined
Generative design, physics-informed maturation.
Genesis is where the differentiated science lives: generative models propose novel candidates, and Refined matures them with high-fidelity physics toward stability and function.
How it works
Genesis uses generative sequence design to propose candidate enzymes. Refined then matures those candidates with high-fidelity physics — QM/MM-grade scoring where it matters — optimising toward the stability and function you specify, rather than stopping at a plausible fold.
Refined in action — L-tert-Leucine
A concrete Refined result: an engineered leucine dehydrogenase, matured with high-fidelity physics, synthesises L-tert-Leucine from trimethylpyruvate — established at gram scale, at a productivity of 92 g/hr/mg of enzyme.
Proof — mini-GAO
mini-GAO is our first engineered enzyme, designed with Genesis and now in validation with partners. It is the anchor result for the platform: a concrete molecule produced by the same pipeline we offer to partners.
